Click "Install" from the Shopify App Store, approve the OAuth permissions on your Shopify store, and Ordscale will start syncing your orders, products, customers, and fulfillments. First sync typically completes within 5 minutes.
Yes. Uninstall directly from your Shopify Admin → Apps → Ordscale → Uninstall. This fires our app/uninstalled webhook which immediately stops all syncs. Per GDPR, we delete all data we hold about your shop within 48 hours of the shop/redact webhook.
